All of our products are priced in the Canadian Dollar (CAD).
Your sales tax will be calculated during the checkout process depending on the province to which the order is being shipped. All sales taxes are listed below. You will not be subject to any charges upon delivery.
British Columbia – 5% GST + 7% PST
New-Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (PEI) – 15% HST
Ontario – 13% HST
Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon – 5% GST
Yes! During your checkout please select the in-store pick up option and we will inform you when your order is ready to be picked up. All orders picked up instore are required to provide 2 pieces of ID that matches the information on the order.
The currency of payment is shown in Canadian dollars. We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, WeChat Pay (微信支付), American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay
You can request to cancel or modify your order by emailing us at info@coltons.ca. We are unable to handle your requests once your order has been processed or shipped.
All orders may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping. This allows us to review your order, confirm availability, and prepare for shipping or pick-up.
You don’t need an account to make a purchase. However creating a customer profile will allow you to save your information for a faster checkout and be the first to hear about new promotional offers and other exciting news!

You are welcome to return your order to our retail locations, but please follow the same policies as we have outlined in our return policy section.
Yes. All sales items will be final sale and will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Once your return order has been received and quality checked by our team, Colton’s Couture will issue a refund to the original method of payment along with a confirmation e-mail sent to the email that was used to place the order. This process may take up to 5 business days to process. It will also take additional time depending on your financial institution for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
