To return one or more items from your order, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
- All merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, undamaged condition
- All merchandise must be returned with its original packaging and tags
- The purchase merchandise was not marked on sale or included in a promotion
All returns must be received within 14 days of your delivery date including weekends and holidays. To allow us to efficiently identify your return – please clearly write your order number on the outside of the package.
Colton’s Couture reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be sent back to its original shipping address at our discretion.Refunds Once your return order has been received and quality checked by our team, Colton’s Couture will issue a refund to the original method of payment along with a confirmation e-mail sent to the email that was used to place the order. This process may take up to 5 business days to process. It will also take additional time depending on your financial institution for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. Exchanges Colton’s Couture does not offer exchanges through our online store. Exchanges are only offered in-stores.
